At Spicyapps, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund policy as outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with the App for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund:
The request must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
The purchase must have been made directly through our website via our Paddle checkout.
The license key must be deactivated/uninstalled.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at refund@spicyapps.com. Please include the following information in your request to help us process it faster:
Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
Your Paddle transaction ID (found in your email receipt).
The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).
4. Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund through Paddle. You should see the funds returned to your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refund requests.
